I missed the simple pleasure of a treat. Not a "healthy alternative" that tasted like cardboard with good intentions, but a real, satisfying, close-your-eyes-and-savor-it kind of treat. The kind you share with friends. The kind that makes a Tuesday afternoon feel special.

So I started experimenting in my kitchen. Dates became my anchor—naturally sweet, deeply satisfying, and gentle on my system. I combined them with nuts, cacao, and other whole ingredients, testing batch after batch until I finally created something that tasted like what I'd been missing.
